Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle using your expertise to maintain impeccable financial records. 
•  Oversee bill payments with precision and ensure all accounts payable and receivable are in perfect balance.
  
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements, ensuring accuracy is accounted for with great attention to detail.
  
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements), and the ability to explain "the story behind the numbers."
  
• Help us stay compliant with all accounting standards and tax regulations.
  
  

We need a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive team player. This is a foundational role, and we are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with a collaborative, technology-driven environment. 

•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in standard accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Enterprise) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Microsoft Access a plus) 
•  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
  
• 3+ years of accounting experience

• 20-35 Minutes from Cleveland, Westlake, North Ridgeville, Elyria, Avon, Medina, and Brunswick 

• 35-45 Minutes from Lakewood, Beachwood, Sandusky, Brecksville, and Strongsville  

• Salary Range:
  Negotiable and commensurate with experience and the Midwest region cost of living scale
