SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

Starlink is a revolutionary satellite constellation, delivering low-latency broadband internet around the world—bringing an unprecedented opportunity to significantly impact communities, businesses, and governments worldwide. The Starlink Global Consumer Communications team is seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager, known internally as a Communication Manager, who will lead the implementation and execution of our customer experience primarily within our channel partners' online stores, along with physical store experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with retailers within the Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, or Technology sectors and working to build holistic marketing campaigns across in-store and online. This role requires a deep understanding of building a cohesive customer experience online and in-store. Success will require strategic influence, design experience, relationship building, and strong project management skills. This is a special opportunity to work at the cutting edge of satellite technologies with a world-class team focused on connecting the unconnected!

Responsibilities

  • Own channel marketing strategy and execution across Starlink’s retail partners (in-store, online marketplaces, retailer websites, retail media networks, and events) to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and sell-through; flex across national, US regional, and global omnichannel work as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact for multiple retail partners, negotiating co-marketing initiatives, in-kind placement, and in-store placement, ensuring maximal visibility and impact across physical and digital spaces
  • Plan and run co-marketing and retail media campaigns (on-site, off-site, in-store digital), including audience strategy, budget allocation, flighting, and creative testing, while keeping branding, messaging, and value proposition consistent across partner digital and physical retail
  • Lead launch and always-on retail marketing for new products, kits, promotions, seasonal peaks, and retailer events, coordinating digital and in-store assets, training, and on-the-ground activation. Collaborate with partners’ buying, space planning, marketing, e-commerce, and category teams on calendars, creative, promotions, in-store presence, and performance goals
  • Create and maintain retailer-ready digital and in-store assets, enablement (talk tracks, FAQs, demo/signage guidance, training), and multi-country / US-regional playbooks that adapt messaging, offers, merchandising, and in-store tactics to retailer ecosystems without diluting global brand standards. Manage the content and merchandising operating cadence (briefs, version control, localization, legal/compliance, partner/regional SLAs)
  • Co-own retail marketing budgets and measurement frameworks/dashboards (traffic, conversion, sell-through, share of shelf/voice, brand/incremental lift, attach, subscriber contribution); run tests, monitor competitive presence, and convert insights into scalable solutions and playbooks
  • Align with product, brand, growth, sales, and channel teams to keep retail messaging, offers, inventory stories, and experiences accurate and commercially effective
