As a Supervisor on the Starlink Hardware Reliability team, you will lead a group of technicians and specialists responsible for root causing production failures on Starlink hardware. You will own the day-to-day operations of the production root cause lab and drive improvements that directly enhance product reliability and manufacturing quality.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace engineering, or related technical field
Demonstrated experience performing root cause analysis on electrical systems and PCBAs with expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to solder joint quality, component failures, and manufacturing/assembly defects
Experience training, mentoring, and developing technicians or junior engineers
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment with rapidly changing priorities
Strong track record of influencing cross-functional teams through data-driven analysis and clear communication
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and drive completion of work across a team
Experience jumping into ambiguous problems and driving them to resolution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in consumer electronics, aerospace, automotive, or other high-volume hardware manufacturing environments
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent)

Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed
