• →Meet with members through virtual appointments or scheduled consultations
• →Review available benefit programs and explain them in straightforward terms
• →Answer questions and help members understand their available options
• →Assist families throughout the enrollment process
• →Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
• →Follow up with members when additional assistance is needed
• →Participate in ongoing training and team development

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working with computers and virtual meeting platforms
• Dependable, organized, and able to manage your schedule effectively
• Motivated to learn and develop professionally
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
• Previous experience is welcome but not required
