As a Benefits Representative, you'll help union members better understand the benefits available to them by:

• →Speaking with members through inbound and outbound calls
• →Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments via phone or Zoom
• →Explaining available benefit options and answering questions
• →Assisting with digital applications and required documentation
• →Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
• →Developing leadership skills and advancing within the organization

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
