Design Brand Consultant, Residential Wall Coverings

• →Build and grow meaningful relationships with designers and architects across the Las Vegas territory.
• →Deliver elevated product presentations showcasing our curated collections of texture, pattern, and design.
• →Educate clients on the artistry and innovation behind our materials.
• →Maintain beautiful sample libraries and tools.
• →Provide timely and professional follow-up on inquiries, samples, quotes, and orders.

• Exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and authentic engagement.
• Prospect and develop new business relationships.
• Represent the brand at industry events and tradeshows.
• Use social media professionally to enhance brand presence and connections.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular territory updates.
• Partner closely with internal support teams on order pipeline and client needs.
• Send thoughtful client communications and handwritten notes.
• Collaborate weekly with your sales support partner.

What You Bring to the Table

• Based in the St. Louis, MO area with strong knowledge of the local design community.
• 4+ years of experience in sales, interior design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for tradeshows and company events.
• Comfortable working from a home office with reliable transportation and space for samples.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Social media savvy with a professional online presence.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
• Generous tiered commission program with uncapped earning potential
