Responsibilities

We are looking for a consultant to join our Legal Operations practice.

  • Build and customize contract templates on Agiloft
  • Design and configure, workflows, rules dashboards • Integrate Agiloft system with systems like CRM, ERP, e-signature tools
  • Work with APIs and connectors for smooth data flow
  • Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance and best practices across projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft
  • Agiloft Certified Implementer” certification is a must have
  • Hands-on expertise with Agiloft’s KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilities 
  • Deep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM tools
  • Mentor and coach team member and expand expertise on Agiloft
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood
