Responsibilities

We are looking for a consultant to join our Legal Operations practice.

Build and customize contract templates on Agiloft
Design and configure, workflows, rules dashboards • Integrate Agiloft system with systems like CRM, ERP, e-signature tools
Work with APIs and connectors for smooth data flow
Collaborate with international teams and business stakeholders
Ensure compliance and best practices across projects

Requirements

5+ years of experience implementing and leading CLM applications, with a strong emphasis on Agiloft
Agiloft Certified Implementer” certification is a must have
Hands-on expertise with Agiloft’s KB configuration, business rules, workflow automation, and data integration capabilities
Deep background in business rules, custom calculations and data integration utilizing various CLM tools
Mentor and coach team member and expand expertise on Agiloft
Ability to understand and interpret technical requirements from non-technical clients and team members as well as convey technical topics in a way that can be understood
