As our Layout Technician, you will play a key role in supporting safe, accurate, and high‑quality construction layout across a variety of project sites. You will will assist with or independently perform layout tasks, operate and maintain survey instruments, collect and document field data, and help establish or verify control networks critical to project execution.

You will contribute to precise and efficient construction operations by demonstrating strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and effective collaboration with field crews and other departments. Advanced technicians may take on complex layout responsibilities, lead layout operations, oversee control systems, and collaborate with project teams while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Previous experience in layout/surveying on civil construction projects.

Proficiency with survey instruments and data collectors. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble/Leica software required.
