Responsibilities

  • Construction Accounting & Job Cost Oversight
  • WIP Reporting, Revenue Recognition & Backlog Analysis
  • Financial Statement Preparation & GAAP Compliance
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Cash Flow Management
  • Internal Controls, Risk Management & Process Improvement
  • Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll & General Ledger Management
  • Advanced Financial Analysis & Executive Reporting
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline required; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Progressive experience in accounting with leadership responsibility, preferably in construction or a project‑based industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, percentage‑of‑completion accounting, and construction financial practices.
  • Experience with construction ERP systems and project‑based accounting platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and partner effectively with operations and executive leadership.
