• →Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings
• →Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings
• →Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns
• →Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network

• Native or C2 level of German.
• Fluent level of English.
• Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory).
• Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory).
• Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills.
• Good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines being able to solve issues with customers.
