• → Identify jobsite challenges and implement practical solutions.
• → Maintain the highest standards for quality, safety, and professionalism.
• → Coordinate with project leadership to keep projects moving forward.

• Extensive commercial construction experience (typically 15+ years).
• Expert knowledge in one or more commercial construction disciplines.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
• OSHA 10 Certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Valid driver's license.
