We are recruiting a driven, people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and ambitious team at haart Estate Agents in Clacton. No previous property experience? No problem. At haart, we provide you with the training, coaching and support you need to build your knowledge, develop your confidence and become a successful Lettings Negotiator. From building relationships with landlords and tenants to arranging viewings and helping people find their next home, no two days will be the same.

£28000 OTE per year
Uncapped commission
Additional bonus scheme
Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Market properties to potential tenants
Arrange and conduct property viewings
