About the Role
~1 min readWe are looking for a Senior Creative Designer with strong visual sensitivity and a strategic mindset, capable of transforming ideas into powerful, clear graphic pieces aligned with the brand’s identity. This role combines visual craft, creative thinking, and agile execution across multiple touchpoints: digital, campaigns, and CRM.
This isn’t just about designing — it’s about designing with intention, composing exceptionally while understanding business objectives, audiences, brand tone, and bringing a strong aesthetic sense to everything you create.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Translate creative concepts into strong visual pieces consistent with brand identity
- →Create master graphics for 360° campaigns (digital, social, CRM, OOH, paid media, etc.)
- →Develop visuals for always-on communication (social media, email, push, in-app, banners)
- →Create from scratch or adapt key visuals into multiple formats without losing graphic strength
- →Collaborate with copywriters and marketing and product teams to develop effective creative solutions
- →Ensure visual consistency by following brand guidelines
- →Propose new visual directions, styles, and graphic resources that elevate the brand
- →Prepare final artwork ready for production (digital or print, as applicable)
- →Participate in creative reviews and present design rationales
- A highly trained aesthetic eye (typography, color, composition, visual rhythm)
- Ability to work on both creative concepts and detailed execution
- Sensitivity to interpret brand tone and adapt it across different channels
- Collaborative mindset: comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Strong organization and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive in suggesting visual improvements
Requirements

- 3–5+ years in graphic design or digital design
- Experience working with brands (in-house, agency, or startup)
Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Figma (preferred, especially for digital pieces)
- Basic knowledge of motion or video editing (a plus)
Knowledge
- Design for social media and performance marketing
- Campaign adaptations
- Digital design principles (hierarchy, legibility, responsive thinking)
- Preparing files for production
- Illustration, lettering, or distinctive graphic skills
- Sensitivity to contemporary visual trends
