Housekeeping Team Lead

Spire Dunedin Hospital has been serving the Reading community for over 100 years, as a first-class medical facility. Based in the heart of Reading, the hospital has two theatres, 16 inpatient beds, three recovery bays, Oncology services and an Endoscopy Suite

• →Supervise the day-to-day housekeeping duties 
• →Manage key performance indicator figures 
• →Ensure completion of time sheets
• →Maintain and develop a quality cleaning service with an emphasis on infection control
• →Implement induction training keeping with hospital policies and procedures 
• →Ensure that accurate housekeeping cleaning records are kept  

• Previous experience in hospitality and/or housekeeping in a similar capacity
• Line management/supervisory experience 
• Good knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety regulations would be beneficial 
• You must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate well with other members of staff and patients in a professional manner 
• Capable of working on own initiative and with a methodical approach to work 
• Flexible to work various shift patterns (early mornings, days, and evenings) and days across Monday-Sunday.
