NHS Coordinator

Spire Leicester Hospital are looking for a NHS Coordinator to join their busy administration team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week) to support the department.

• →Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• →Booking NHS patients into the hospital and managing referrals
• →Liaising closely with the NHS team and wider hospital departments
• →Monitoring appointment outcomes and breaches
• →Handling patient queries over the phone and via email

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Healthcare experience would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident telephone manner and good attention to detail
