Data Assistant

• →Process, standardize, and clean data according to established rules and guidelines
• →Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• →Clean up and correct contact records, property listings, email addresses, and social media links
• →Execute structured data tasks within set deadlines and quality benchmarks
• →Flag inconsistencies or errors to the team lead
• →Follow documented processes with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and throughput

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions precisely, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data entry tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry, data cleaning, or back-office operations is a plus

• Experience in data operations and quality assurance within a fast-growing company
• Development of structured problem-solving and process execution skills
• Remote work experience as part of a global operational team
