Food & Beverage Team Member - Emerald Acres Sports Connection

The Food & Beverage Team Member is responsible for providing efficient food services procedures to be used in all food areas and to assist the Food & Beverage operations in daily preparations and execution of events.

• →Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• →Assist in preparing and serving food items
• →Operate an electronic point of sale system (POS)
• →Assists with catering orders: supply, food preparations, room setup, service, breakdown, etc.
• →Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
• →Clean concession areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers
• →Pick up in and around concession areas
• →Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine, wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment
• →Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food
• →Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas
• →All other duties assigned by management

• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays
• Prior experience operating point of sale system
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
• Will be required to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to enter information on computers
• Must comply with safety and health code standards
• Good personal hygiene
• Facility has intermittent noise
• Must wear proper uniform

• Current Food Handlers Card
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• 1+ years of experience in food service environment
• Prior experience with catering preferred
