The Usher will safely and courteously escort venue guests to their seats and will assist with the operation of events.

• →Greets guests as they enter and exit and assist them in finding their seats
• →Assists guests with locating exits and amenities such as restrooms and concessions
• →Assists any ADA guests or any other special needs to and from their seats
• →Ensures all walkways, aisles and designated seating areas are clean and free of debris
• →Calmly assists with disputes involving tickets and seats
• →Assists with guest complaints or concerns and reports to management
• →Monitors events for unruly behavior and reports to management
• →Watches for safety or security issues and reports to management
• →Performs other work-related duties as assigned by management
• →Assist and transport guests as needed around the facility during events

• Must be outgoing and able to provide exceptional customer service
• Must be able to adhere to a schedule, arrive on time for events and stay for the duration of events
• Must be able to successfully complete provided on-the-job training
• Ability to learn venue layout and operating guidelines
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Facility has intermitted noise
