You're based in the Atlanta, Georgia area - this is a fully remote role but we're looking for local candidates only
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; CPP designation is a bonus
2-5 years of payroll experience with hands-on processing in both the US and Canada - this one's a must
Solid familiarity with benefits administration including retirement plans on both sides of the border
Deep knowledge of payroll systems and multi-jurisdictional compliance - you know the rules and you follow them
Experience with payroll and HRIS systems; BambooHR and PayEvo experience is a nice bonus
Obsessive attention to detail and a natural ability to handle sensitive data with care
Strong communicator who can collaborate comfortably at all levels of the organization
Cool under pressure - you can juggle competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt when things shift
