Director of Employee Relations

St. Paul's School seeks a Director of Employee Relations who will serve as the School's primary resource for employee relations, workplace concerns, performance management, and employment compliance. This position partners closely with leaders across the institution to foster a positive, respectful, and legally compliant workplace while supporting employee engagement, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
