The Demand Generation Manager sits at the heart of our growth engine, orchestrating campaigns in partnership with our campaign producer, paid media, field marketing, and content teams to deliver pipeline. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, we are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused marketer who understands complex B2B funnels and will accelerate our omni-channel campaign efforts.
Responsibilities

- →Manage campaign calendars to ensure on-time delivery of key messages to specific audiences
- →Leverage segmentation and targeting logic to ensure campaigns reach the right buyers
- →QA campaign assets
- →Test and iterate tactics across ABM/intent platforms
- →Translate winning strategies from one channel into repeatable, cross-channel playbooks
- →Performance & Optimization
- →Report on campaign performance and suggest optimizations and performance insights proactively to Marketing and SDR leaders to ensure prioritization of in-market accounts
- →Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, landing page copy, and audience segments and carry learnings forward
- →Audience & Targeting
- →Own intake process to Marketing Operations for audience builds across campaigns, including account-based marketing plays, webinars, pre- and post-event outreach
- →Partner with the content team to match campaign assets to buyer stage and persona
- →Process & Scale
- →Maintain campaign intake processes and repeatable campaign playbooks for high-frequency programs
- →Manage dependencies across programs to ensure campaigns are connected across the full marketing calendar
- →Serve as the Marketing team’s operational point of contact
- →Identify and resolve bottlenecks, conflicting priorities, and dependencies
Requirements

- 6+ years of experience Marketing, either in campaign management, ABM, marketing operations, or a similar execution-focused role in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
- Experience leveraging intent / ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) for reporting
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player
- Experience in B2B cybersecurity or SaaS marketing preferred
