This is a contract opportunity in which you will perform a 1-day customer QMS audit in Indonesia. You are given the flexibility to accept or reject these assignments according to your own availability.

Conduct Virtual and Onsite Assessments: Evaluate supplier products and processes according to our client's stringent requirements using QuaSAR and ProBAR tools.

Quality Management System Audits: Assess suppliers' QMS against our client's QuaSAR QMS and ProBAR product quality requirements, ensuring procedures, work instructions, and documentation meet our standards.

Inspection Verification: Ensure inspection equipment and methodologies are capable of detecting defects and validate in-process controls and records traceability.

Report Compilation: Compile detailed assessment reports, incorporating evidence and documenting scores and identified gaps.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with suppliers and our client's internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure effective implementation of CAPA procedures.

5+ years in quality engineering, with expertise in statistics, variability reduction, manufacturing methods, and data analysis. Strong knowledge of RCCA, failure analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies.

A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Ability to detect discrepancies and ensure thorough, accurate quality assessments.

Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions. Willingness to travel to supplier locations as required.
