As a result of this growth, we’re looking to bring on a Senior Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership of search, client engagement, and candidate experience.

This is not a “post-and-pray” role — we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers.

  Conduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals

• →

  Translate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns

• →

  Present and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates

• →

  Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs

• →

  Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates

• →

  Represent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism

• →

  (Optional, but valued): Help develop business and generate new client leads

• 3–7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency)

• Strong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach

• Technical aptitude — you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline

• Strong communicator — written and verbal

• Entrepreneurial mindset — sees opportunity and runs toward it
