Lead Estimator/Estimating Manager

Stacy Witbeck seeks a talented Estimating Manager as a key part of our succession planning. In addition to regional and national growth, we are preparing for the upcoming and well-deserved retirement of some of our estimating department’s leadership team members. In this role, you will lead estimating teams in pricing, bidding, and negotiating heavy civil, transit, and transportation construction projects ranging in value from $5 million to $1 billion+.
