Accounting Manager

• →Help lead and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations
• →Supervise and mentor senior accounting staff
• →Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverables
• →Support acquisition integrations and process standardization initiatives
• →Assist in building scalable accounting infrastructure and internal controls
• →Partner with leadership on reporting, automation, and operational improvements
• →Support location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologies
• →Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• →Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives

• 5–15 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience
• Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Public accounting background is preferred but not mandatory
• CPA is preferred but not required
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite preferred
• Strong process improvement and leadership abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
