Job Description:
- Assist with end-to-end HR operations processes
- Assisting with benefits enrollment and administration.
- Maintaining and organizing employee records and files
- Support and learn Compensation & Benefits processes, including BPJS, insurance administration and other benefits coordination
- Assist in preparing and managing people letters and employee documentation, as well as supporting HR tools and systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team environment and work independently
- Having experiences in organizations or internships
- Available for internship start from February 2026
