As an OT Service Delivery & Security Engineer, you will: Take end-to-end ownership of OT (Operational Technology) service operations including incidents, changes, security, backups, connectivity, and configuration management. Establish and manage OT service delivery models, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations across industrial environments. Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, and operational reporting for OT services. Coordinate OT incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring minimal impact on production and plant safety. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring OT incidents and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with plant operations, engineering, IT, cybersecurity teams, vendors, MSSPs, and integrators to align service objectives and operational priorities. Manage OT CMDB and ensure accurate configuration and asset visibility across environments. Oversee managed security services including SOC operations, vulnerability management, and monitoring activities. Govern OT changes and risk management processes while ensuring compliance with security standards and operational requirements. Support vendor management activities including onboarding, access governance, performance monitoring, and service lifecycle management. Provide transparent reporting on service performance, operational risks, and security posture to management and governance forums. Contribute to improving OT service maturity, operational resilience, and production stability. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience in IT/OT Service Delivery and OT Security Operations. Strong experience managing end-to-end OT service operations in industrial or manufacturing environments. Hands-on knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes. Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, operational reporting, and service governance. Strong understanding of OT CMDB, operational stability, and security compliance standards. Experience working with SOC operations, vulnerability management, and managed security services. Familiarity with OT security operations including malware protection, backup/restore processes, and secure remote access solutions. Good understanding of OT environments involving PLCs, Windows/Linux-based OT systems, and legacy infrastructure. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, engineering, security, and vendor teams. Experience managing vendors, MSSPs, and integrators within critical operational environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and operational risk management capabilities. You Should Possess the Ability to: Manage and govern critical OT services while balancing security, availability, safety, and production continuity. Coordinate cross-functional teams during incidents, changes, and operational challenges. Analyze operational risks, stability indicators, and service trends to drive proactive improvements. Lead root cause analysis initiatives and implement preventive measures effectively. Work in high-pressure industrial environments with strong focus on uptime and operational resilience. Align business, operational, and cybersecurity objectives across multiple stakeholders. Drive service maturity improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
