As an Out Systems Tech Lead, you will: Lead the development and implementation of scalable web applications using Out Systems. Collaborate closely with Designers to ensure seamless user experiences. Define, maintain, and deliver high-quality enterprise-grade applications. Oversee the design, development, and production of software solutions that are maintainable, secure, scalable, testable, and well-documented. Provide application support and ensure adherence to best practices and business requirements. What You Bring to the Table: 4–6 years of total experience, with at least 5 years working with Out Systems. Strong hands-on experience in Out Systems development and deployment. Deep expertise in front-end web development and UI/UX best practices. Proven ability to build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. Experience in guiding teams through the entire application lifecycle, from design to delivery. You should possess the ability to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure quality through proper documentation, testing, and adherence to coding standards. Communicate clearly and provide technical direction to team members. Take ownership of solutions and support them post-implementation.
