As an SAP Basis Consultant, You Will: Manage, administer, and support SAP Basis landscapes across enterprise environments. Lead SAP cloud migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition of SAP workloads and infrastructure. Maintain high availability, performance, and stability of production SAP environments. Plan and execute SAP system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. Perform ECC to SAP HANA database migration projects and support SAP modernization initiatives. Configure, manage, and optimize SAP HANA databases, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), and SAP NetWeaver Gateway environments. Execute SAP kernel upgrades, release upgrades, and technical enhancement activities. Support SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to ensure reliable SAP operations. Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement performance optimization measures. Support disaster recovery, backup, security, and compliance activities within SAP landscapes. Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to SAP operational best practices. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and SAP landscape management. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA Database, and SAP Basis technologies. Proven experience leading cloud migration projects involving SAP environments. Hands-on experience ensuring production landscape availability, maintenance, and upgrade management. Strong experience performing ECC to SAP HANA database migrations. Expertise in SAP HANA Database administration, SLT configuration, and SAP NetWeaver Gateway setup. Experience executing SAP kernel upgrades, release upgrades, and system refresh activities. Good understanding of SAP modules and platforms including SAP R/3, SAP HANA, SAP BW, and SAP EWM. Experience supporting RHEL migration and Linux-based SAP environments. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and system optimization skills. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience working within complex enterprise SAP landscapes and transformation programs. You Should Possess the Ability To: Lead large-scale SAP Basis and cloud migration initiatives successfully. Design and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable SAP environments. Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP infrastructure and database issues efficiently. Execute migration, upgrade, and modernization projects with minimal business disruption. Collaborate effectively with infrastructure, application, and business stakeholders. Drive operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement across SAP landscapes. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and operational standards. Adapt to evolving SAP technologies and cloud transformation requirements.
