Senior IBM BPM / BAW Developer (ID:3661)

As a Senior IBM BPM / BAW Developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain business workflow applications using IBM BPM and IBM BAW. Build robust backend logic using Java and develop interactive components using JavaScript. Develop and integrate REST and SOAP-based web services using XML and JSON formats. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications. Automate routine tasks and support deployment activities using PowerShell. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong expertise in IBM BPM / IBM BAW development. Solid programming experience in Java and JavaScript. Experience working with REST and SOAP web services (XML/JSON). Working knowledge of scripting using PowerShell. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of application integration concepts. You Should Possess the Ability to: Design and develop scalable workflow-based applications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Integrate multiple systems using APIs and web services. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and business requirements. Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
