ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant (ID: 3358)

As a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant, you will: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional ServiceNow solutions. Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, workflow automation, and customization. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-implementation support. Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and platform optimization. What You Bring to the Table: Strong experience (typically 4–8 years) in ServiceNow implementations, with both functional and technical exposure. Solid understanding of IT service management processes and ServiceNow architecture. Expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, and configuration within ServiceNow. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. You Should Possess the Ability To: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions. Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business needs. Conduct gap analysis, process assessments, and propose optimization strategies. Support technical integration discussions and implementation efforts.
