The Grassroots Coordinator will identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Pennsylvania, mobilize them to take action, and drive policy reforms that open opportunities for all.

This position will be based in the Harrisburg Tri-County area.

Collaborate with LIBRE activists and volunteers in phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and neighborhood events related to state-based policy initiatives

Work alongside local grassroots staff to execute state and local educational rallies and other grassroots events

Help build, maintain, and grow communities of LIBRE activists in coordination with grassroots staff

Work directly with state team to drive special projects related to LIBRE priority initiatives

Help with logistics relating to canvassing literature and materials

Support various grassroots activities

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Determination to continually expand personal knowledge, with a dedicated commitment to lifelong learning

Readiness to drive both personal and organizational evolution, aiming for greater effectiveness in our endeavors

Ability to connect with teams to propel shared interests and advance the state and federal priority initiatives

Exceptional customer focus skills and ability to anticipate needs

Exceptional familiarity of Harrisburg's local landscape

Fluent in English and Spanish
