The Seasonal Guest Services Representative plays a key role in creating a warm, memorable, and magical experience for visitors during the Holiday Season at Crocker Park. As part of the Guest Services team, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting various seasonal attractions—including the Guest Services Kiosk, the Holiday Train, and Santa’s Sleigh.

This role requires energetic, friendly, and outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages, helping visitors navigate the property, and contributing to a festive and welcoming environment.


  • Greet visitors warmly and provide outstanding service that reflects Crocker Park’s reputation as a premier holiday destination.
  • Assist guests with questions, directions, and general information regarding holiday events, attractions, and property amenities.
  • Display a courteous, respectful, and professional attitude at all times, fostering a positive guest experience.
  • Address concerns with empathy and efficiency; escalate issues promptly when additional support is required.
  • Operate the Guest Services Kiosk, providing information, processing transactions (if applicable), and managing daily activity needs.
  • Serve as a Holiday Train Driver, safely operating the train and ensuring an enjoyable experience for riders.
  • Assist with Santa’s Sleigh interactions, helping guests with photos, line management, and overall experience coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of assigned areas throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with fellow Guest Services Representatives and property management to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Support holiday programming, special events, and seasonal activities as needed.
  • Communicate important guest feedback or operational concerns to supervisors promptly.
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values consistently.
  • Complete all additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or company.

Requirements

  • Previous Guest Services, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality—especially when interacting with children and families.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, festive environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service during peak holiday hours.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods while assisting guests or operating attractions (including seasonal equipment like the Holiday Train), lift up to 15 pounds for event tasks, work indoors/outdoors in colder weather, and maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays during the November–January peak season.

✓Decision Making Authority: The Seasonal Guest Services Representative exercises judgment in day-to-day guest interactions and operational tasks to ensure a positive, safe, and welcoming experience. This role has authority to make real-time decisions related to guest assistance, queue and line management, attraction operations, and service recovery within established guidelines and training. Issues involving safety concerns, policy exceptions, guest complaints beyond standard resolution, or operational disruptions must be escalated promptly to supervisory staff.
