What You'll Do

As a Behavior Support Specialist (also known as a Direct Support Professional), you'll work in one of our group homes located throughout Wichita, helping individuals with daily living and personal goals.

Pay

• 2nd Shift: $17.25–$18.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: $18.50–$19.50/hr

Flexible Schedules & Locations

We offer a wide variety of full-time and part-time schedules and have multiple group homes across the Wichita area. If selected for a pre-screen interview, we'll review all open locations and schedules that best match your availability and preferences.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or WorkKeys Bronze
• Valid driver's license (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Available for 2–4 weeks of paid training (M–F, 8:30–5:00)

Optional: Spanish or ASL bilingual skills (not required)
