INTERNSHIP FORMAT:

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at a Stellantis manufacturing facility in the Kokomo, Indiana area. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.

✓Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Employee Relations, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.

✓Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

✓Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

✓Willingness to work in the Kokomo, Indiana area for the duration of the internship, including relocation if applicable.

✓Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027.

✓Authorized to work in the United States.

✓Strong written and verbal communication skills.

✓Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

✓Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

✓Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.

✓Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.

✓Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.

✓Ability to work with various levels of employees from hourly to executive.
