As our next Social Media Executive, you’ll be the voice behind Stoiximan’s presence across all major social platforms in Greece and on the new Stoiximan SOCIAL feature. Your day-to-day will involve managing our content calendar, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies and influencers to ensure a seamless flow of high quality content across all social channels and the Stoiximan App Social feature. You'll also help bring our brand to life by leading live social media coverage of special events and activations, while tracking performance to continuously boost our channels' growth and impact.

• Own and maintain the monthly social media calendar across all platforms.
• Lead the daily management of the new Stoiximan SOCIAL feature, maintaining its content calendar and ensuring a consistent feed.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and influencers to ensure all content deliverables are received on time and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with external production teams and creators to optimize the Stoiximan SOCIAL feature’s feed and maximize user engagement.
• Collaborate with the performance team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring target KPIs are met.
• Prepare briefs and work closely with external agencies for Social Media content creation.
• Contribute to the development of the annual social media strategy.
• Monitor post comments and direct messages, responding where needed.
• Lead live social media coverage of special events (e.g. CSR activities, sponsorships activations etc.)
• Communicate and sync external partners (teams, leagues, creators) to amplify Stoiximan’s content through their channels.
• Brief external partners and lead the creation of long-form branded content.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to the team.

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting KPIs.
