MarketingPerformance Marketer
As Senior Paid Media Manager, reporting to the Director of Customer Acquisition, you will own the strategy and execution of Suitsupply's paid social and paid search channels across EMEA and US markets, taking end-to-end ownership of how campaigns are planned, launched, and optimized. In this senior individual contributor role, you will direct the AI agents and agentic tooling that increasingly run execution on Meta and Google, setting the guardrails, validating decisions, and stepping in manually when needed. You will manage budgets with full accountability for ROAS and CPA, lead creative testing, and build the incrementality and attribution frameworks that show where growth truly comes from. Working closely with brand, content, and design teams, your work will directly shape how customers discover Suitsupply around the world. This is a rare opportunity to bring your experience in-house and help define the future of AI-driven performance marketing.
What You Will Do
- Own the paid media strategy and roadmap across Meta and Google (Search and Performance Max) for EMEA and US markets, increasingly executed through AI agents rather than direct platform work.
- Direct campaign execution through AI agents and agentic tooling: set the goals, budgets, and guardrails they operate within, review their decisions, and take manual control when needed.
- Manage and allocate paid media budgets across EMEA and US, with full accountability for ROAS, CPA, and other core KPIs.
- Lead creative asset planning: brief in-house and external creative resources, and adapt, resize, and localize assets across formats, platforms, and regions.
- Run a continuous creative testing cadence across formats, hooks, and messaging in both regions.
- Design and own an incrementality testing framework across paid social and paid search, using holdout tests, geo-lift experiments, and similar methods to validate true channel-level impact.
- Own and interpret multi-touch attribution (MTA) tooling (e.g. Northbeam, Billy Grace, or similar) to inform budget allocation and channel strategy.
- Lead creative discussions with brand, content, and design teams to keep output aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Coordinate across time zones to stay aligned with US-based stakeholders, agencies, and team members.
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media, with hands-on ownership of paid social and paid search campaigns; agency-side experience strongly preferred, ideally with multi-region or global accounts (EMEA and/or US).
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of Meta and Google platforms, including bidding, trafficking, budget pacing, and audience logic.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI integrations, building automations to improve reporting, optimization, or workflow efficiency.
- Solid grounding incrementality testing methodologies (holdout tests, geo experiments) and experience building testing frameworks for both paid social and paid search.
- Hands-on experience with MTA and attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, confident turning campaign data into actionable insights and benchmarking performance across markets.
- A strong eye for creative, comfortable briefing, adapting, and localizing assets rather than simply running campaigns against them.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple channels, regions, and priorities independently.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or ecommerce and familiarity with creative production workflows and asset management tools are a plus.
- Experience with additional channels (Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn) and with evaluating or configuring agentic marketing tools is a plus.
What You Will Get
- Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.
- Growth: We see your potential as a key asset. At Suitsupply, you'll have abundant opportunities to learn, grow, and excel in a supportive environment that encourages development at every step.
- Corporate Social Responsibility: Our commitment to sustainability and ethical business is unwavering. We work exclusively with suppliers who uphold the highest standards, in alignment with the International Labour Organization.
- Style: Immerse yourself in a world of beautifully crafted, high-quality products, and enjoy a 40% discount on Suitsupply products.
