💼 What You’ll Do:

Be the Fix-It Pro: Inspect, repair, and maintain everything from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and mechanical systems—keeping the heart of our hotel humming.

Own Preventive Maintenance: Stay ahead of the game by performing regular check-ups that reduce downtime and increase efficiency.

Answer the Call: Respond swiftly and effectively to guest requests or unexpected issues with a smile and a can-do attitude.

Prioritize Safety: Champion safety protocols and maintain compliance to protect our team, our guests, and yourself.

Keep It Organized: Track maintenance tasks, log equipment issues, and help manage inventory like a pro.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with other departments and trusted vendors to keep operations smooth and seamless.

🧰 What You Bring to the Team:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a big plus.

Solid experience in property maintenance—especially in hospitality or a similar setting.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.

A natural problem solver with great troubleshooting skills.

Friendly, professional, and responsive—your customer service game is strong.

Self-starter who also thrives in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physically fit and ready to handle tasks that involve lifting, climbing, and moving equipment.

We’re a 24/7 operation—this role requires flexibility to work day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays to support hotel operations.
