Manager Marketing et Communication Senior (H/F)

SUMMIT Entertainment Venture is developing a new generation of immersive destinations around the world. With the upcoming opening of SUMMIT Paris, we are creating a unique venue where art, architecture, technology, hospitality, and entertainment come together.

Our ambition is simple: to deliver a spectacular and emotional experience that will make SUMMIT a must-visit destination for Parisians, French audiences, and international visitors.

As part of its launch, SUMMIT Paris is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager (H/F).

Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Marketing, you will play a central role in launching and then developing the brand in France and across Europe. You will lead all marketing activations designed to build awareness of SUMMIT, drive ticket sales, and strengthen visitor engagement.

You will manage a Marketing Coordinator.

• Adapt SUMMIT Paris’ brand strategy for the French and European markets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to the implementation of the destination launch plan.

• Design and roll out integrated campaigns combining media, communications, digital, social media, influencer marketing, press relations, partnerships, and events.
• Coordinate all internal teams and agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Lead key marketing moments and activations throughout the year.

• Implement the press relations, influencer, and earned media strategy with our agency.
• Oversee shoots, photo and video production, and press events.

• Oversee the editorial calendar across communication channels.
• Coordinate website updates with the Digital Marketing teams.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and performance of published content.

• Design and implement the marketing partnerships strategy.
• Identify and activate partners that can increase SUMMIT’s awareness and visitor numbers.
• Lead activations and events related to partnerships.

• Define campaign performance indicators.
• Produce marketing reports and analyze results.
• Conduct competitive monitoring and track market trends.
• Monitor online reputation and propose continuous improvement actions.

• Develop the annual marketing calendar.
• Manage marketing budgets.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Manage and support the Marketing Coordinator.
• Develop effective collaboration with the Digital, Sales, PR, Guest Experience, Operations, and international teams.

• Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or business school.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in marketing roles with a strong operational focus.
• Proven experience in the entertainment, leisure, tourism, culture, sports, events, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
• Solid experience managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of communications levers, digital marketing, social media, press relations, and influencer marketing.
• Good knowledge of marketing performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in an international environment.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; another language is a plus.
