About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Lead to be accountable for developing and managing the organization's global performance marketing approach across paid digital channels. The Digital Marketing Lead will focus on achieving business growth through customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency using data-informed marketing practices.

The Digital Marketing Lead will manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, optimization, performance measurement, and reporting across global markets. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate marketing, and emerging digital advertising platforms, together with marketing technology, tracking, attribution, and platform integration expertise. The role combines strategic planning with operational excellence while providing guidance and professional development for a high-performing marketing team.
