Concrete Foreman

We are seeking one to two experienced Concrete finishing Worker to lead field crews on flatwork and structural concrete projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-sufficient, and capable of managing crews, schedules, and quality standards on-site. Preference will be given to foremen who can bring established crews.

• →Supervise and lead concrete crews on job sites.
• →Oversee flatwork and curb construction, including layout, forming, pouring, finishing, and curing.
• →Manage structural concrete projects, including:

  • →Inlets
  • →Walls
  • →Headwalls
  • →Box culverts
  • →Other site and drainage structures
• →Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
• →Coordinate daily activities, materials, equipment, and manpower.
• →Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality standards.
• →Maintain job site safety in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• →Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• →Perform layout and grading verification as needed.
• →Troubleshoot field issues and make real-time decisions to maintain progress.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman (flatwork and structural required).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Knowledge of forming systems, finishing techniques, and structural concrete practices.
• Experience with drainage structures and DOT-related work preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to bring an established crew (preferred).
