Nursing Educator – Orientation & Training

• →Develop and implement orientation programs for new nursing staff
• →Plan and conduct in-service training and continuing education sessions
• →Assess training needs and create educational materials and workshops
• →Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content as needed
• →Mentor and guide nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies
• →Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards
• →Maintain records of training activities, certifications, and staff competencies
• →Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care and staff performance

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Education
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a teaching or training role
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Certification in Nursing Education or Clinical Teaching
• Experience in hospital staff development and competency assessment
