Operating Room (OR) Nursing Manager

• →Manage and supervise OR nursing staff and daily operations
• →Develop, implement, and monitor surgical nursing policies and procedures
• →Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• →Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff
• →Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies
• →Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development
• →Monitor surgical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
• →Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license in Libya
• 5+ years of OR nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, patient care, and hospital protocols
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment

• Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR or equivalent)
• Experience managing multidisciplinary OR teams
