We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials; verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Stock inventory and assign bin locations as needed
  • Pick, pack, and process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Package materials to ensure safe delivery; build crates/skids when required
  • Process shipments using carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, LTL) and stage for pickup
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Load/unload trucks and coordinate shipments as needed
  • Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, carts, ladders, etc.)
  • Assist with hose assembly and light fabrication work when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
