• →3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within a cold chain, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical environment
• →Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
• →Experience organizing and processing both domestic and international shipments
• →Ability to monitor inventory levels and maintain stock availability
• →Experience using handheld scanners, warehouse management systems, and power equipment
• →Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing shipping documentation and order accuracy
• →Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• →Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
• →Experience conducting equipment inspections, including pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• →Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory, cleaning activities, and equipment maintenance
• →Demonstrated experience supporting equipment maintenance, calibration schedules, and preventive maintenance programs
• →Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment
• →Experience training, onboarding, or providing guidance to warehouse team members
• →Ability to assist with workflow planning, task prioritization, packaging, and conditioning activities
• →Customer service mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• →High sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• →Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• →Flexible and adaptable to support operational and customer needs

Required Education and Experience:

• →High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• →3-5 years’ experience in working in a warehouse in a cold chain environment
