·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or work experience equivalent, required

·       7-10 years of professional marketing experience/business experience, required

·       5-7 years of marketing/communications agency experience, preferred

·       Transportation/Logistics industry background and/or business unit industry experience, preferred 

·       Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing planning and execution, digital marketing and social media campaign management, required

·       Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful marketing initiatives, required

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, required

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, required

·       Ability to design and implement marketing and/or communications strategies that support enterprise growth, required

·       Excellent writing and content creation skills for social, email, and campaign materials, preferred

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, required

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms, required

·       Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, required
