Through an Employer of Record (EOR), we are looking for a new, remote Project Manager in India to join our growing Project Management Team. This individual will report into our Project Management Manager and play a critical role in executing a wide variety of large, complex projects across the business. Responsibilities

→A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
→2+ years of project management experience working with product managers, software developers, UX designers, and quality assurance engineers
→Experience in a software development environment and knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
→Knowledge of different project management frameworks including waterfall, agile, and hybrid 
→Experience with project management and/or development software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Coda, Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
→Strong leadership skills with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
→Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and confident communication across departments and levels of the business
→High level of emotional intelligence
→Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, showcasing the ability to multitask and re-prioritize as needed
→High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English

Requirements

Experience serving as a Scrum Master or CSM certification
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
