Responsibilities

→Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a professional and courteous manner;
→Assist customers with product selection and usage, including guidance on key product features and functions;
→Troubleshoot technical issues, including calibration problems and Wi-Fi connectivity;
→Resolve issues efficiently while providing accurate and detailed responses;
→Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent support experience;
→Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
