Now we’re looking for a Video Team Lead — someone who can combine creative vision with technical mastery and demonstrate strong leadership. If you live for storytelling in motion, thrive in post-production, and know how to guide both projects and people with clarity — we’d love to meet You.

Own Surfshark’s video direction by defining how we create — ensuring our storytelling, style, and processes align with business goals and brand vision;

Lead the video team by inspiring, mentoring, and keeping everyone aligned around a shared vision;

Champion quality by keeping Surfshark’s video style bold, recognizable, and on-brand across formats and campaigns;

Collaborate cross-team by turning briefs into clear plans, aligning with content, design, and campaign managers, and advocating for the video team with stakeholders;

Streamline production by maintaining efficient workflows (file organization, feedback loops, QA), solving bottlenecks proactively, and pushing for continuous improvements;

Own AI-generated video innovation by setting the quality bar, guiding the team in exploring new tools, and unlocking fresh creative opportunities for the brand.

Proven experience to lead and communicate clearly — explaining direction, expectations, and goals, giving constructive feedback, and building trust within the team;

Strong project management skills — from setup and resource allocation to smooth delivery and realistic scoping of timelines and workloads;

A balanced creative–business mindset that combines storytelling with deadlines and proactively solves problems;

Good knowledge of post-production and editing principles (pacing, rhythm, psychology);

Solid understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition, with experience in motion graphics and sound design;

Fluency in English.

Have worked with DaVinci Resolve;

Have experience in managing budgets.
