Plant Production Associate

Location: Oberlin, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring Plant Production Associates for a full-time, 1st shift position in Oberlin, OH. This is a hands-on role supporting plant production, order preparation, shipping, and general facility operations.

• →Plant and pot seedlings and plants
• →Fill, label, organize, and move trays and products
• →Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment
• →Attach hangers to baskets and move products using ladders
• →Move plants and materials using carts
• →Load and unload trucks and conveyor systems
• →Lift and carry products weighing up to 20 lbs.
• →Push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• →Assist with irrigation systems and water lines
• →Use basic hand tools such as shovels, shears, and clippers
• →Clean and maintain work areas, buildings, and equipment
• →Follow all safety procedures
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous nursery, manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in hot or cold temperatures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Reliable transportation and good attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to work
